Can I use OtO Odor Eliminator around kids and pets?
Yes! Being safe for pets, people, and the planet is incredibly important to us here at OtO. Odor Eliminator is biodegradable, non-toxic and is safe for use around kids and animals.
However, as with any cleaning product, certian safety measured need to be followed while applying. For example, this solution should not be sprayed directly on people or animals, and pets should be kept out of the area while OtO is spraying. A full set of instructions can be found on the product label.

How far does the OtO device reach?
Based on a flow rate of 5.6 GPM (gallons per minute) AND a water pressure of 50 PSI, in the majority of cases, you will be able to reach a maximum of 30 feet.
Due to differences in water pressure regulation at each individual residence, in some cases, you may not be able to reach 30 feet.
For best results, we recommend measuring your water pressure with a water pressure queue before purchasing OtO. We also recommend only using OtO with a high-quality hose with an ID of 5/8" or greater.

Does OtO account for wind?
Yes! Watering or applying lawn treatment products when it is too windy is inefficient - it increases the amount of water that is blown away in the wind or the moisture evaporates quickly before it can properly feed the plants.
As long as you have Weather Intelligence and Wind Skip enabled for your zone, OtO will not water when local windspeeds are above a threshold that you have set.
