OtO Limited Warranty

For the purposes of this Limited Warranty, capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in our Terms of Use. 

Limited Warranty Coverage 

OtO Inc. (the “Company”) warrants its Products — the OtO Sprayer and the OtO Hose (each, a “Product”) — to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of two (2) years from the original invoice date. 

All Services and software, including use of the App or Website and any programming or functionality pertaining to automated lawn, yard, or garden care, are provided “as is.” 

The Company agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished Product of equal value in exchange, without charge. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and  acceptable proof of purchase 

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from otolawn.com or from an authorized reseller. Products purchased from an authorized reseller are eligible for warranty coverage subject to the Company’s applicable authorized resale requirements. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, dealers, or resellers are not covered by this Limited Warranty. Proof of purchase may include an original dated sales receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase acceptable to the Company. 

EXCEPT WHERE SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED BY LAW, THERE IS NO WARRANTY COVERAGE ON ANY PRODUCT IF IT IS SOLD IN OR USED IN COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA. 

General Warranty Exclusions 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any condition, damage, or defect resulting from: 

The Product should not be submerged in water. Damage or defects resulting from submersion are not covered by this Limited Warranty, regardless of the circumstances of the submersion. 

The Product is not intended to be used or stored in temperatures where water can freeze. Damage due to freezing is not covered by this Limited Warranty. 

The Product is intended for outdoor use with cold water only. Damage due to use of hot water is not covered by this Limited Warranty. 

Limitation of Warranty and Liability 

The Company makes no express warranty or condition, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Limited Warranty. The Company's responsibility for defects in materials and workmanship shall be limited to the remedies set forth in this Limited Warranty. 

To the extent allowed by law in the applicable jurisdiction, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranty or condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose available by operation of law is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. 

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING FROM USE OF ANY PRODUCT AND/OR RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING AUTOMATED LAWN CARE AND USE OR COST OF WATER, WHETHER INTENDED OR UNINTENDED, DUE TO FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT, INABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PRODUCT, OR SERVICE PROGRAMMING ERROR. 

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, including incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. 

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
