  • How many OtOs do I need?

    It depends on your yard layout and what you want to water. Most OtO customers have small to medium-sized suburban lawns and typically use 1–2 units for the backyard and 1 for the front.

  • What happened to OtO Solutions?

    As of January 2025, OtO Lawn Solutions have been discontinued and will no longer be compatible with OtO devices. This change allows us to focus on developing new, innovative products our customers will love. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to improve and expand what OtO can do for your lawn care.

  • How far does OtO reach?

    Each OtO Sprinkler has a maximum spray reach of up to 40 feet in a single direction, allowing it to cover an area of up to 5,000 square feet. Coverage for each zone can be customized through the mobile app to target specific areas.

  • How long will shipping take?

    Once your order is placed you can expect your OtO to be on its way within 2 business days. Best of all, shipping is completely free!

  • What is OtO's return policy?

    With our risk-free return policy, you can try OtO at home for 30 days—If you don't love it, we'll take it back. No sneaky return shipping or restocking fees.
