Replacement

We have two oto and after the proper winter storage, one would not come back to life. A couple of emails and we received a replacement free of charge and are now up and running. Thanks oto.

So nice I bought it twice!

I bought my first OtO last year and it keep my backyard lawn and plant beds on point, but my front yard despite my best efforts was getting destroyed in the heat. I invested in a 2nd one this year for the front and already have noticed the improvement of scheduled, regular watering without breaking the bank of an irrigation system OR breaking my mental stamina to remember to water the lawn. I recommend this product to everyone who live busy lives but still want to take pride in their yard maintenance :). Also, the customer support is outstanding; responsive, helpful and agents have the power to get to a solution quickly. Great product and service!
