Great Customer Service

Simple honest review... I own three, 1 failed, call customer service, quick back n forth emails, try this, try this, tried that, tried that, doesn't work. OK they said. New one is on the way.

Oto is fantastic

I installed the Oto, with the Odor Eliminator, on our fake grass. My wife used to manually water the grass multiple times a week and use other products to try and remove the dog urine smell, but it never worked. That changed with Oto & their Odor eliminator. I run it manually a few times and week and this summer, the smell is completely gone. I have already recommended Oto to my friends, both the product and the service are fantastic. Don't hesitate and get this product, you will not regret it.
